Legal X collaborates with prominent judgment recovery firms to implement court-issued judgments. \

After securing a judgment on our behalf, these collection agencies undertake the essential asset seizures to recover misappropriated funds, which will subsequently be returned to our token holders.

Key steps include:

* Tracing digital assets
* Enforcing legal judgments
* Recovering debts for victims

Our recovery process is entirely transparent. A public dashboard will allow holders to:

* Track the progress of recovery efforts
* Monitor updates in real time
* Any recovered funds from judgment recovery and asset sells will be publicly announced ahead of time allowing our holders to position themselves accordingly.&#x20;

100% of the recovered funds from asset sells, minus collection fees, are returned to holders through buy back/burns, aligning our mission with increasing the value of the $LEGAL token.

#### <mark style="color:red;">Deterring Future Scams</mark>

By exerting significant legal pressure on scammers, we aim to restore value to victims and set a precedent to discourage fraudulent activities in the cryptocurrency space.
